Pineapple cake
Yesterday dhevi baked an awesome pineapple cake.
In the taekwando class master made us do a set of 50 kicks each without putting our legs down. That had an impact on dhevi today. She was complaining about not able to move her legs the whole day. Yesterday evening we went out for a walk with the hope to capture the sunset. But it was little late when we reached the trail and also the sunset was very "plain".
Anyway today we woke up early and gave the Passat for regular oil change service. We wanted to make sure it is in good condition for the Yellow stone trip next week. Both of us had the dentinst appointment today. After the dentist visit we took the Passat back from the service center and went to a Mexican restaurant for lunch.
After the Mexican restaurant we both were so sleepy and cancelled a movie plan and came home and slept from 1:30 till 4:30 PM. We woke up and went to costco to fill up the gas for passat and get some egg and salmon. We also bought a SD card for the Pentax. Since Ed wanted to check the price of the Sd card in walmart also, Ed went to walmart while Dhevi went to Michael's to get some veggies.
After that we went to Value City Furniture to check out some Sofa sale. Bestbuy was in the same complex and naturally Ed was already going in that direction when we were coming out of VCF. After roaming in Bestbuy for a while we came home and played tennis. Dhevi played good today.
Today is really really hot here and after the tennis we were both tempted by the sight of the swimming pool. So went to the pool and it was really relaxing after a hot day. Too bad Dhevi didn't bring here "Water proof" camera to the pool ;)
Back home Dhevi is cooking salmon ( In the new electrical deep fryer , a gift from Rajesh & family ) and we might watch "Water world" since Dhevi hasn't seen the movie yet.
